The factory receives the milk from the farm. The milk is carried over special pipes to maintain its temperature and healthy delivery to form a complete and detailed process.

Testing the milk

We take samples from the milk to the testing labs to ensure its safety and purity before starting the pasteurization process. Following precise and clear techniques highlights future problems and solves them early in the process. After that, the milk will be directly sent to the pasteurization procedure.

Pasteurizing the milk

Sanad adopts two main methods in pasteurizing the dairy products, in order to maintain milk for longer time and kill the bacterias. great milk quality indicates excellent management.

High Temperature Short Time

HTST is the most common pasteurization method, in which milk is exposed to 90 degree for 15 minutes followed by rapid cooling.
